Ready to dominate your fitness on the road? Here come the no-BS tips for staying shredded, with nutrition and workout hacks that don’t compromise.

Time to crush it, gym warriors and fitness rebels! 

Hotel Gym Workouts

Most hotels rock at least a dumbbell and a bench. So, if you're crashing at a spot with a gym, dive into a hardcore dumbbell workout. Here's a killer chest routine:

  • Dumbbell Bench Press 4 sets x 10 reps
  • Dumbbell Incline Bench Press 3 sets x 10 reps
  • Dumbbell Fly 2 sets x 12 reps
  • Push-ups 2 sets x max reps 

Try Bodyweight & Resistance Band Exercises

If you don’t have access to free weights, bodyweight exercises are the ultimate road warrior workout. These exercises might not be what you're used to, but trust us, they pack a punch. Focus on compound movements that hammer multiple muscle groups at once. Ready to beast out? Here's a list of bodyweight exercises to load up and dominate (perform each exercise to max reps/time for muscle overload):

  • Pull-ups
  • Push-ups
  • Planks
  • Bodyweight Squats
  • Wall Sits

In addition to bodyweight movements, you can bring portable resistance bands with you and do a full-body workout, including resistance band chest presses, resistance band rows, hamstring curls, and resistance band curls. 

Cardio

Walk everywhere for cardio—it's low-key but keeps you lean. Aim for one-hour walks daily. Want to crank it up to beast mode? Blast through with sprint intervals, MUTANT style. Sprint for 15 seconds, then take a minute off and repeat that for five rounds. It’s quick, but it’s effective! 

Boost Your Immune System

Hitting the road and facing environmental shifts cranks up the stress on your body, even for a MUTANT. The secret sauce to keeping a MUTANT's physique in peak condition is hammering in the right minerals and vitamins. These are essential to turbocharging your immune system, armoring you against viral onslaughts. You can’t go beast mode if you’re on the mend. 

Don’t Forget Protein

Never skimp on your proteins if you want to shield your muscles from wasting away, especially when crushing them on the road. Proteins are your muscle maintenance heroes during high-octane training sessions. Packed with amino acids, they pave the way for breaking down and rebuilding your body and muscle tissues (1)
